OThis style of blinds originally cane from roller blinds but with a difference as there is net horizontal clear strips allowing vision through the blind.

as you roller the blind up these strips alone so you can look through the blind while it’s down or offset them so nobody can see it.

they are not cheap but worth every penny.. very classy blinds to finish your room look off.
